We understand that furniture purchases require consideration. Our return guidelines are designed to be clear and consistent.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must remain in original packaging

  • All hardware and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items showing signs of assembly or use

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Authorization

Customers must contact support before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
