Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Do items require assembly?

4. When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are sent once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case and provide guidance.

6. Can I modify my order?

Order changes may be possible only before the fulfillment process begins. Once processing has started, modifications may not be available.
